MIAMI REALTORS® CRE Annual Certificate Renewal:
Recertify your certificate with only 20 points each year. Points may be acquired from ANY number of sections and electives.

Follow the Steps:

Review the following sections below. Complete a minimum of 20 collective points across ANY number of sections within the current calendar year to renew your commercial certificate. You do not need to complete every section.

Register for any class by clicking on the link in the "Upcoming Classes" section.

Enter your Applicant Information with your License # to check your earned credits.

Once you have completed at least 20 points, click "Submit" to send your application for verification.

When your attendance has been confirmed, you'll receive an invitation to attend our upcoming graduation ceremony.

Only points earned during the current calendar year are considered valid for annual certificate renewals.

The intent of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®’ (“MIAMI REALTORS®”) Commercial Certificate Program (“Certificate” or “Certificate Program”) is to provide a guided path of learning for commercial real estate. It is not a recognized certification or designation of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (“NAR”) or any other entity or organization. The Certificate is not to be used as a qualifying factor to prove commercial competence under Article 11 of the NAR Code of Ethics. MIAMI REALTORS®️ is not responsible for any liability incurred, monetary or otherwise, by certificate holders.

Resources. This Certificate program includes accessing educational resources, information, classes, speakers, and materials, both online and in-person, from both MIAMI REALTORS® and third-parties (collectively, “Resources”).
