MIAMI COMMERCIAL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM - Earn Your Commercial Certificate Today

MIAMI REALTORS® CRE Advanced Certificate:
Continue your journey of knowledge with electives. Complete at least one class from each of the 10 required sections, and add electives to your requirements for a minimum of 50 collective points to earn the advanced certificate.

(Sections can be completed in any order.)

Application Instructions

Ten (10) Required Sections

  • (Optional) Marketplaces - 3 Points Maximum

Follow the Steps:

  1. Review the required 10 sections below. Add electives to your requirements for a minimum of 50 collective points to earn the advanced certificate.

  2. Register for any class by clicking on the link in the "Upcoming Classes" section.

  3. Enter your Applicant Information with your License # to check your earned credits.

  4. Once you have completed at least 50 points and all required sections, click "Submit" to send your application for verification.

  5. When your attendance has been confirmed, you'll receive an invitation to attend our upcoming graduation ceremony.

All points are valid for 16 months.

                                              The intent of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®’ (“MIAMI REALTORS®”) Commercial Certificate Program (“Certificate” or “Certificate Program”) is to provide a guided path of learning for commercial real estate. It is not a recognized certification or designation of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (“NAR”) or any other entity or organization. The Certificate is not to be used as a qualifying factor to prove commercial competence under Article 11 of the NAR Code of Ethics.
